This is the service continuity and maintenance log for ‘BackupAgent Services’, the Backup-as-a-Service platform that BackupAgent hosts for resellers.

Scheduled Maintenance: Thursday 19th May

On Thursday the 19th of May we will place new hardware to extend our BackupAgent platform. We have planned a maintenance window of YourOnlineBackup between 11:00 until 15:00.

During this period it will not be possible to make backups or restore data.

Platform update to version 4

On Monday the 7th of March we have upgraded our YourOnlineBackup platform to version 4. Besides upgrading our server platform we have also deployed all BackupAgent client update files for our resellers. If an end-user has chosen to automatically update his client, version 4 will be automatically installed on the client.

Scheduled Maintenance: Monday 7th March

On Monday the 7th of March we will upgrade our platform to BackupAgent Version 4. We have planned a maintenance window of YourOnlineBackup for the upgrade between 11:00 until 14:00.

During this period it will not be possible to make backups or restore data.

Scheduled Maintenance: Tuesday 23th November

On Tuesday the 23th of November, YouronlineBackup.com will be down for maintenance between 09:00 until 14:00. The downtime is related to maintenance from our datacenter provider.
